Fees and Rebates

Knowing the cost of a service is important in being able to make your decision about who you choose as your Psychologist. At Anastasi Psychology we believe in being open and transparent in our costs so you can make an informed choice.

The table below outlines all relevant costs, and potential eligible rebates. Please note, while we can process Medicare rebates on your behalf, we are unable to process any private health insurance rebates for you. 

Our cancellation policy requires at least 24hrs notice otherwise 100% of the service fee is charged. No rebates are offered by Medicare for cancellation fees.

Psychological counselling – individual.

1:1 therapy, 50-60 min session.

For adults, children and adolescents, including parent appointments.

Medicare Rebate of $98.95 available for up to 10 sessions, with a Medicare referral from your GP.
Up to 2 of these sessions can be used for parent/carer sessions.

Private Health Rebate may be available depending on health fund.  
Reports

Reports and letters as requested.
  • $220p/h or part thereof. Charged in 15min increments

WorkCover and ICWA (Insurance Commission of WA) Services

1:1 therapy 50-60min session (inclusive of note taking time)

Consultations with stakeholders
  • Charged at the WorkCover/ICWA rate (currently $223 p/h or part thereof)
 Speak with your WorkCover Insurer or ICWA case manager about a referral to Psychology services.

For services to be claimed under WorkCover or ICWA, Anastasi Psychology requires approval from the Insurer or ICWA case manager before treatment commences.
NDIS Services

1:1 therapy 50-60min session (inclusive of note taking time)

  • Charged at the NDIS rate (Currently $232.99 p/h or part thereof).
 Anastasi Psychology is not NDIS registered.
We can only accept NDIS participants who are Self or Plan managed
Psychology Supervision 1:1 supervision for Psychologists, including AHPRA board approved supervision for Provisional Psychologists

A Medicare rebate for Autism Assessments is available for individuals under the age of 25.

The rebate is $98.95 and can be applied to both Part 1 and Part 2 of the assessment. This makes the total rebate $197.90.

You will need a referral from your GP, requesting for an Autism assessment, in order to access the rebate.
