Saul Taylor (Psychologist)
B.Psych, Masters of Industrial and Organisational Psychology
Saul is a Psychologist who is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful change in their lives. Saul has over 5 years experience as a Psychologist, which combined with his Masters degree, provides him with a strong understanding of how the relationships, systems and environments around a person affect them. This includes working with families and schools to support young people with challenges they may face or goals they want to achieve, as well as workers experiencing challenges at work.
Saul incorporates trauma informed, neuro-affirming and evidence-based practices, providing support for the following areas:
- Anxiety disorders, including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety, School refusal and Phobia’s
- Depression and mood disorders
- Emotional regulation and managing behaviours
- Improving engagement in activities such as work, study and hobbies
- Managing social challenges
- Work stress and burnout
In practice, Saul provides a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can share their thoughts, feelings and experiences openly. His therapeutic approach is highly collaborative, with a strong focus on empowering clients to make meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. Saul tailors interventions to each client’s individual needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches (including CBT and Mindfulness based interventions) to guide therapy.
Saul works with clients aged 8+. He is available on Thursdays and Fridays.
